Mr. Ankit Agarwal, aged about 31 years, is the Managing Director of our Company since 2014.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is a qualified Chartered
Accountant and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Ankit Agarwal has over 10 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting,
Process Enhancements, Liaising & Co-ordination as well as Research activities.

Mr. G.R. Reddy, aged about 65 years, holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. G.R. Reddy has around 23 years of work experience in Stock Broking business. He was one of the Promoters & Directors of M/s Steel City Securities Limited, Visakhapatnam, and worked as Executive Director for 12 years. Currently, he holds the office as Designated Partner in Raptas Constructions LLP and as a Non-Executive Director in Alankit Imaginations Limited.

Mr. Yash Jeet Basrar aged 71 years is the Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Arts from Delhi University and an active fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1980. He is also former member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (England) since August, 2001. In addition to this, he is an Insolvency Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has 47 years of experience in Financial Services Industry, handling compliances and corporate consultancy.

Mrs. Meera Lal, born in 1952 is M.A. (Economics). She is also a research advisor for PHD Students, Central University, Ranchi, Co-Supervisor of PHD Students, Osmania University, Hyderabad and having rich experience of 40 years in Teaching, Research and Development and Management.
She is currently working as Professor of Economics, St. Xavier’s College, PG Department of Economics, Ranchi University, Jharkhand. She is having teaching experience at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus, Delhi University, St. Xavier’s College, Post Graduate, Ranchi and Management institute, Hyderabad and Patiala in Punjab, India.
She is also a Prolific Writer in both International and National Journal. She is also a Life Member of Indian Economic Association, Indian Society of Labour Economics, Giri Institute of Labour, Noida, Research Development Association, Jaipur, IFMR Research Centre for Micro Finance. Her areas of interest are Labour Economics, Environmental Economics and Development Economics.

Mr. Yashjeet Basrar aged 71 years is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Arts from Delhi University and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1980. He is also former member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (England). Mr. Basrar has worked in the office of Accountant General Central Revenue, New Delhi and as Auditor in Pay & Accounts office of the Ministry of Home Affairs. He has also worked as a Company Secretary in various Companies in Private and Public sector. Mr. Yashjeet Basrar working as a Practicing Company Secretary since 1995 and has overall 38 years of experience in financial services, legal compliances and as corporate consultant.

Mrs. Preeti Chadha aged 30 years is Director of the Company. She holds a Master Degree in Commerce from IGNOU and Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She is Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mrs. Preeti Chadha has more than 7 years of experience in secretarial, Finance and handling compliances. She is handling all listing and other statutory compliances of the Company.

Mr. Pravin Kumar Bansal aged about 63 years joined Alankit Limited on 01st November 2017. Prior to taking charge as Executive Director, Mr Pravin Kumar Bansal was posted as President with the DHFL, Mumbai, and overseeing overall expansion of the Company under Builder Finance Sector. In an entire illustrious career span of over three and half decades, Mr. Bansal has held various positions in the banking sector including holding position as a General Manager deputed at the Corporate Office of Union Bank of India as well as several key positions in other public and private sector.

He has vast experience in Banking Sector, Insurance and Mutual Funds Sector. He also has a vast experience in distribution of Insurance & Mutual Fund business under banca model and has the ability of building tie-ups under the new open architecture under Insurance and Mutual Funds. Mr. Pravin Kumar Bansal has also been a part of Development Council of CDSL as well as Advisor to IBA and NPCI on Payment & Settlement Systems.

Mr. Pravin Kumar Bansal completed his undergraduate degree in Commerce from Meerut University and Post graduate degree in Economics from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.

Mrs. Meenu Agrawal, is the Independent Director of Alankit Limited. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (History honours) from Aligarh Muslim University, a management certification from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhawan in Delhi, and an MBA from Symbiosis Pune (DL). Certified as a Soft Skills trainer by the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) in New Delhi, she is also POSH-certified. Passionate about mentoring and motivating others, she excels in enhancing skills and fostering professional growth.

She is a certified communication coach, renowned for her Communication Mastery Course that enhances employability and unlocks untapped potential. As the program curator and advisor for the Delhi Literature Festival and the host and advisor for the Tagore Prize Literary Festival, she recently hosted the 6th Rabindra Nath Tagore Literary Prize at the India International Centre on December 18, 2023.

Her extensive experience includes hosting, moderating, and serving as a panellist at platforms like Kids Chaupal, Jamia Millia Islamia, and the Kenya International Film Festival. She has also introduced film screenings at the India Habitat Centre and Indian International Centre.
Formerly the president of the Delhi Chapter of the Professional Speakers Association of India (PSAI) and a core member of the Speaker’s Institute of India, she is deeply committed to social causes, volunteering at a blind school and NGOs like Khushi and Nai Disha. Her podcast "Aarambh" inspires audiences with compelling stories.
As a co-author of three books—"Revive and Thrive," "Garden of Hope," and "Garden of Joy"—published by Chrissy Tasker in Singapore, she contributes proceeds to charity. Additionally, she was part of the Delhi Government's Mentors group, "The Entrepreneur Mindset," where she has mentored over 1,000 students.
She began her career at Redington India Limited and then transitioned to Hewlett Packard India as a Supply Chain Manager in logistics and operations. At Seagate Technologies, she excelled as an Account Manager, gaining in-depth knowledge of key customer sales and revenue planning. In her most recent role as a Global Services Product Data Manager at Nokia Solutions and Networks, she was responsible for managing product data across multiple regions, including India, China, APAC, Japan, LATAM, Europe, and MEA, ensuring seamless global operations and data integrity.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, born in 1956, has graduated from National Academy of Taxes, Nagpur, India and received his Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.

Mr. Sinha has over 39 years of experience in the tax administration, and international capacity building for developing and emerging economies, He has served as the vice-chairman of the Income Tax Settlement Commission. Further he has also worked as the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax. He is a certified TADAT Assessor since October 2015 following the online course and the TADAT exam.

Mr. Sinha has also been appointed as the contractual employee as Revenue Administration Advisor. He has also been engaged to impart training to senior and top-level GST officials of GST council Delhi as well as top state level officers.

Mr. Sinha has also served as Director of International Taxation and he has been in-charge of the development of leather sector in India He also has worked as Director in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, as Director (Finance) in the Ministry of Agro & Rural Industries.

His vast knowledge in the field of tax administration, finance and industry can be utilized in the best interest of the Company.
