- Landline numbers must include ISD and STD codes. In case of contact numbers, the right country code must be provided. This way, PAN furnishing authorities can contact the applicant in case there is a need.
- PAN Application Form to be filled in block letters and ensuring all mandatory fields to be furnished to avoid rejection of the PAN application.
